Cathy Lefrancois is "THE" one to watch in 2007. Her decision to make her come back in bodybuilding was probably her best decision ever. Cathy is one of the very few bodybuilders who we have seen out there who has mastered the balance between muscularity and femininity. Cathy's physique has grown and matured over the years and she is by a classic beauty with style and grace on and off the stage. my vote is in her corner.  |

I have to ask just why you say this? Is it your personal opinion based upon what you think would make her more appealing to you or assessing what sport would make her more successful as an athlete. I think Fitness is dominated not by any of the ladies who have crossed over from the other sports like bodybuilding or Figure but by ladies who specialize in Fitness and have serious gymnastic or cheerleading backgrounds. I don't think that is Cathy's background. She has been a bodybuilder for a long time. She's been successful there-bodybuilding might be where her heart is? I think contrary to what you said that's the best direction for her-a permanent return to bodybuilding. |

You have a point, but that was just my preference anyways. Personally, for me, I find bodybuilding chicks unattractive. But hey, people are intitled to his or her own opinions and perferences, right? I say to each their own  Carry on. |

I say to each their own Carry on. I agree with to each their own also. I also agree with you that bodybuilding chicks don't look so good. Even their facial features let alone their bodies are masculine as hell. No thanks. Cathy LeFrancois is pretty hot though. If she can keep that balance without becoming a dude like everyone else, more power to her. |

I had the pleasure of finally meeting Cathy last April at Manion's Pgh. Pro Figure show, in which Cathy competed. While I forget her placing (you can look it up if you want), I remember it wasn't bad. I chatted with her for only about 2 minutes, but she said she was happy with her placing, especially since still trying to make that transition from BB, but she felt she needed to cut down more on her sheer size to place better. It seems she's gifted for "size." And that being the case, I can understand her decision to go back to bb. She's too well cut out for it not to! |

She hadn't/hasn't so far. I think she'll be alright. And yes, as someone else mentioned, she is a very beautiful and charming lady - even prettier in person. |

That is a really good picture of Cathy Lafrancois. I think that Cathy could do just about anything she wanted to do-well but if she put her mind to it but in bodybuilding and with the feminine aesthetic principles she brings to bodybuilding she has the best oppurtunity to show what she is all about and she is the special athlete-no doubt. Cathy-you are the absoulute best-go on girl!

I hate to repeat what has already been said, but in this case it is worth it. I always thought Cathy was just alright until I saw her in person. I saw her at the Colorado show and I couldn't keep my eyes off her...absolutely beautiful, she will do well in whatever she competes in.
