laura lee did u do the sunshine last week? how was it?
I did not do the Sunshine. I was supposed to but I fell ill in January and still battling illness so I haven't been able to train or do much of anything. The show was ok, but a lot of competitors looked to be several weeks out from a show. Hopefully they will continue their prep and do the WPB show and come in better. The Overall winner look phenominal though, to say the least. He rocked the stage. The female bodybuilders did more of a striptease routine than a posing routine, which I thought was aweful. One girl even exposed one of her breasts (by accident) twice, but she reacted quickly and covered up without losing a beat. Wheelchair Nationals are always inspiring. One of the wheelchair competitors girlfriends is in a wheelchair too and they both came out and did a little routine together with neon lit wheelchairs. They posed to Beauty and the Beast music. It was pretty cute. All in all it was a fun time.
