I was sorting through a few pics today and it's cool to see how guys progress over the years. This is a quick composite of Mark Dugdale from his NPC USA victory - 2004 IRONMAN and then 2005 IRONMAN. Mark fell ill at last year's show and wasn't at his best, but look for him in the mix of the top 5 next week. I prefer his 2006 looks, he looked over dieted in 2005 CRAZY PHYSIQUE ! his physique just had that polished look that the pros are missing lately rooting for Mark !  |

I agree that he has a VERY balanced physique... and if you look at the above pics, his waist hasn't hardly grown at all...

I bought his dvd DRIVEN for my boyfriend and watched it with him. It is full of inspiration and gives a positive outlook on the sport of bodybuilding. He's definately a man of faith who balances God, family, business, and competing. Its great and ive watched it quite a few times already  |

Can these be resized a bit? The newer the pics the closer he is to the cam. He probably really isn;t any bigger now than then...

Its great and ive watched it quite a few times already I agree....I, too, watched it with my boyfriend and we both admire his family values and the fact that although bodybuilding does require immense time and dedication, Mark stresses the importance of putting your family first. I love the way the whole family goes to the gym together! I know that my boyfriend is inspired by him.  |
