Yes I know that, but what I don't know is if they fought, or if this Dick got near Dorian and simply punched him and no fighting at all, if he did it face to face, or if it was in a discussion, or if the Dick was paid to do it...? Why that happened, that is what I would like to know

There are a lot of rumours .... let's stick to the facts. Dick punched Dorian in the face, Dorian went down and was escorted from the scene ... probably the best solution for him at that time.

don't know exactly why dorian is hitting pads, but i do know that he has worked with ricky hatton's team as a strength and conditioning coach.

Like it or not ... he is a tough guy. He was a professional fighter, and a damn good one ! Let's not bring out the drama, things would have been much worse for Dorian if it had been Joe Schmoe who knocked him down  ;D

Well, I don't know, buttonman, for the best of my knowledge, if this dick something is teh all high & mighty of a fighter, why oh why sucker punch a retired pro bbder/now promoter, as it was reportedly a case of 'checks and balances' from a Dutch promoter to Dorian???

Case tells that Dorian did his debut in promoting contests with the Dutch Grand Prix with this guy, who is/was some kinda big shot at NABBA International and a well known bodybuilding contests promoter, his name is Mike something.
Well, since Dorian got a hold on the dos and don'ts of contest promotion, he decided to take the Dutch show promotion all in his hand and parted ways with this guy in their partnership.

This guy was less than happy with this move from Dorian's part and 'hired' Dickless Vrij for a 'contract' to give Dorian a good deal of humiliation in front of the crowd of his very show.
Dickless showed up at the back stage area of the Dutch Grand prix, searched for Doz and once he found him, an argument erupted and outta the blue......BANG!!!! There goes teh Shadow to the ground. :'(

The guy ran away pretty fast, and the bodybuilders got very pissed with the situation. Ed Van Amsterdam was reported as going ape shit for doing justice to Doz, and went on hunting mr. Dickless in the neighboorhood.


That's the story, or so as they told around the time it happened, 2004. :-\

I have no problem with your explanation of the story, this is a bodybuilding forum after all. These things can happen to everybody, he's still 6 time Mr. Olympia. Just because you don't know who the fighter is doesn't mean much really.

He needs to not drag his jabs.  He doesn't sit on his cross.  He is a big guy, who if he used his hips better, could be okay.  Definitely not a boxer, though.  Heck, even I look great hitting the mitts.  Last smoker boxing event I did, after a few clean shots to my nose, I started ducking my head (wanting to shoot a double or single).  You don't see this when you hit the bag or the mitts.

bro i doubt dorian thinks he is a "boxer", he does it to keep fit and for fun.
