Jay needs an interior decorator. The inside of his house is horrendous.

In foil place the roughy.  Add a little butter and minced garlic and a little pepper.  Wrap it up and put in freezer.  Do this with all the pieces.  WHen you want one take it out of the freezerplace in oven at 375 for about 20 minutes or or so and take out.  Tastes awesome and is very easy.  You are welcome.

I am angry with him for totally ruining his physique due to judging standards.

I went to a BB show in Boston and Jay was guest posing and selling pictures, etc and I was a bit intimidated to go over and say hi and get an autographed picture because he looks pissed off by nature.  But when I did I was pleasantly surprised that he was a very nice and down to earth guy.  Some people look nice and approachable and some don't.  Jay doesn't.

he obviously wasn't gonna win the O doing what he was doing.  he did exactly what the judges asked him to do, what he had to do to win.  It ain't his fault be mad at the judges for mandating this moronic standard.  If they wanted the sport to move in a positive direction they woulda gave it to Jay in 01 or to Kevin the following year and not to a guy who literally looks like 10lbs of shit stuffed into a 3lbs bag.  Ronnie set the standard and Jay followed it, the judges accepted Ronnie as the standard when they know god damn well that's not what BB is about.
