Thats where you are wrong Luke. Ron never asked anyone to write him a letter(assuming it is true ::)). Once it is in his possession he can do with it what he wants.

Ron is not liable Luke. Can you find me ONE precedent of a kid killing himself and a website owner being sued? It doesn't work like that, he is not selling anyone drugs. The parent would be held liable long before the website owner for enabling her son, if you were telling the truth.
