IronMagazine, Watsup Rob? Thanks and I have been training hard for the past 7 months for this show after almost 1year of slagging off (in training and diet) due to commitment in my gym business in Kuala Lumpur. I'll definitely pay you a visit in Denver the next time i come to USA. Its been a while dude.

Great symmetry and muscle quality. The condition is great for 3 weeks out. Wouldn’t mind seeing him in the top 3

I wouldn’t mind seeing this guy place in the top 3. He is aesthetic with great symmetry and no synthol abuse or gh gut. And the condition is on the money

Small shoulder clavicle?Wait till you are up close to him. Then you'll see if he's wide or not!Pics do no justice to Wong trust me.Back when he was doing the NOC,he was compared to Craig Titus and he held his ground well if not better imo.Just needed more thickness and mass.

I'm with slaveboy. That right there is what BBing is all about. Great proportions, slim waist, thickness and amazing detail. He looks on the money 2 weeks out. Hope he doesn't lose any size for the show.
I also think he won't place THAT well if there are big names there, but he should place somewhat well in that condition.

How do I know? Wong and I were roommates for almost 3 years at Colorado State University in the early 90's. The thing that is even more impressive about Wong's physique is is tiny waist, if I remember correctly he gets it down to around 28". You can find pics of him up against pros, as some one else said he was up against Titus, and Wong does not disappear.

nice build, has alot of muscle packed on small frame and joints, has good shape too, dosen't seem to need to weigh a lot to look good.has good balance which create's a illusion of bigger than he is size.leg's are packed to the point where he can't put any more size on them he has no knee to support all the muscle.good luck.

Wong--
Why do you think we don't see many Asian Bodybuilders?
Is the sport not as popular there? Asians seem to have one of the best diets for bodybuilders.
I can't think of too many----Kris Dim, Stan McQuay(half asian?)......

Condor, the main reason we dont see many Asian bodybuilders in this part of the region (Asia which includes Central, Middle East, East ,and South East ) is it's not a very popular sport compared to soccer, basketball, ping pong, etc. Many of us still think that its a Western sport dominated by their "superb" ganetics coz Asians are small bone structured naturally. We need someone (Asian of course) to prove to them that Asians can also excel in this sport. Someone with a physique that is pleasant to the eye (a physique that is attainable)that inspire them to get to the gym and live a healthy lifestyle. BTW, Asian diet is healthy (beside high in sodium). Most dishes are pretty low in fat and sugar compared to western foods like hamburgers, french fries, coke, etc etc.

I do not have a definitely answer for you in regards to who is the best Asian bodybuilder. Pros like Hide, Kris, Eryk, Stan and Charles R are good Asian pro bodybuilders and can go very far in the sport.
