Should players/coaches be fined for calling out officiating?

It's free speech and if the idiots cost someone a game/championship then they should be able to call out the refs. Why do the refs get so butt-hurt about it?

NO!  They should be able to say the refs suck IMO.  I watched the Lakers/Cavs game last night and the refs absolutely stunk!  I have no problem at all with coaches and players talking about blown calls, etc.
