the loudest cheer went up when during the final 5 comparisons they moved Silvio to the center.
the loudest boos were when they annouced Silvio as 4th. the second loudest boos were when they announced Henry 6th.
btw, the auditorium was at most 2/3rds full, that's with the $20 bb.com balcony tickets.

the bathhouses have been taken over by tweakers. they're not likely to go to bodybuilding contests. now everyone meets online for sex hook-ups. just like with straights. local advertising would include the alternative weeklies (both the gay ones and the straight ones). but just standing outside of major gyms handing out 4x6 cards would go a long way in raising awareness. not one of my friends at the gym even knew that there was a pro bodybuilding contest being held in LA. |

I went to the Ironman in 2000 roughly in Huntington beach. The only people there were bodybuilders that weren't competing in the competition. I'll never forget ronnie coleman, his girl, and melvin anthony yelling and talking so loud and boistrous, I thought I was back in the county Jail!
