That guy is alex jones.

He predicted a major attack 2 weeks before 911.  he went on his show (aug 25 01?) and said the media was preparing a big marketing campaign for attack, then war.  he said DC and Wash would be targeted.  He said to 'call the white house and tell them to stop this attack!"

His movie 'terrorstorm' is something you will probably dig.
