I'm not trashing his physique. He's pretty damn lean for a natural (if he's as natural as he says). However, I think people trash him because of his ideas, his off the wall claims/statements, & his attitude towards others.

I use soulseek to download songs and I have around 3000 something songs---------soulseek is nice cause its not overloaded with spyware and u can download whole albums and set up like 30-50 of them and just leave ur computer on and they will all eventually download------------very little effort

other than that I need to get a little sharper with my computer skills--------------
