seriously though, if im in a iron mood, and have been listening to some iron maiden, and the inzers and wraps and suits are out, mr intenseone is nearby, i hit 2300 plus regularly,

im probably as strong as bigbadwolfe.

I like to use take have a Muscletech Nitrotech Shake 9 times a day in between the 7 Nitrotech bars I have daily.

It's how I get those deep real good gains, real good gains, more muscles, just good old fashioned hardcore training for me baby.

I'm not far off beating my gyms all time powerlifting record held by O.D Wilson.

Here is my vid 500 for a crappy 8 raw. I had 3 hrs of sleep and just ran a 3 hr meet for Charity prior to this. I have done 10 with very little ass lifting in the gym. I am around 340 in this vid.

Backday had the heaviest deadlift of anyone I know on this board.

Not sure about the squat.  Troponin would have to be one of them.
