warm up
then
2 sets light leg extension warm up
2 sets leg press warm up
drop set leg presses--10 plates aside down to 8 down to 6 down to 4     2 times
walking lunges 3 sets
heavy leg extensions 3 sets

seated hamstring  4 sets
standing hamstring  4 sets

no calves today, was too gassed after this workout

its an intense workout but its no fatpanda super workout

8x45kg - db deadlift
8x45kg - db shrug
7x45kg - flat db press 
8x45kg - one arm db row
6x45kg - incline db press

 I am the same way.  I lose the double chin and everyone thinks i've lost 50 pounds.  Of course the 80 pound gut is well hidden by XXXL shirts  ;D

Leg day---weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

warmup leg extensions
then
Leg Press---work up to 11 plates aside for 11 full deep reps, none of that 4 inch movement pussy bullshit
then
Squats--245 x 15 reps 3 sets, 60 seconds between sets--I do a squat whereby I go below parallel but only halfway up and come to the top every 3rd rep,....better burn
then
Heavy Leg Extensions supersetted with Leg Curls   4 sets
then
4 sets standing leg curls


then
5 sets of seated calf raises and 5 sets of standing calf raises,.......training calves gives me a boner, I love it more than anything in the gym

then I rode the bike on easy tension for 8 miles to loosen up the forthcoming pain over the next 2 days


now I know this ain't no fatpanda intensity workout, but I try  ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

must be an angle you see or something, they arent big at all,.....and my left one is torn to shreds, theres barely any tricep left on my left side.
