Does anyone have any couple of week out shots of Phil Heath? I thought i read somewhere that he is way behind and is going to have trouble coming in shape...I guess the extra weight he put on over the last year just may end up bitting him..
I wish he luck anyway

Phile Heath works out in my gym in Denver, Colorado. He has been coming in every night a taking pictures but not allowing anyone to show them. He looks absolutely unbelievable. His back is much thicker and his conditioning in right on. They are doing a Flex magazine shoot with him Tuesday morning. I dont know if he will win the ASC but he has made some major improvements.

ha ha gotta love rumors. Yep it is true phil is not letting any pics out of his conditioning, but lets just say he will be in great condition from what i have see so far. Phil is completely focused and ready for this show, lol he won't even call one of his best friends back! It is also true phil is looking thicker than i have ever seen him. be ready to pay issac his $50 after phil places top 3, the age of the ugly bodybuilder is over!

If you look att those off season photos of him floating around guest posing i believe..He looked down right fat...Not a big deal but this kid is going to be going up against Dexter who is ripped to the bone and has that grainy look that Phil just doesn't and won't have...
I guess im having a harder time then most buying into the hype considering that Dareem's upper body was larger then Phils in the two shows they did...With that said Dareem couldn't hold victor or dexter jock strap...I just don't see what everyone else is seeing...Phil has huge legs and arms but so does everyone else in the top 6 at the olympia level..

Heath will be top 3. It's a given. I wouldn't bet against it. If he doesn't burn out, he'll be contending for top 3 at the Olympia in a few years time.
