Victor's conditioning was praised at the Olympia but I still think he has yet to really get shredded like Phil or Dexter have. If he looks like he did at the Olympia I think Phil can beat him.

Vic definately improved his condition at the O. Look at his arms and legs. Could get his quads a tad bigger (and of course get his back thicker) if he wants to compete for the title, but he's looking good. Funny, it's weird seeing him top 3 at the O. He's come far.

ha ha gotta love rumors. Yep it is true phil is not letting any pics out of his conditioning, but lets just say he will be in great condition from what i have see so far. Phil is completely focused and ready for this show, lol he won't even call one of his best friends back! It is also true phil is looking thicker than i have ever seen him. be ready to pay issac his $50 after phil places top 3, the age of the ugly bodybuilder is over!
Sounds like a great guy - wont even call one of his best friends back. Is he afraid it might get his cortisol levels too high if he tells him he has found a new best friend or something? Monster truth of bodybuilders not being able to handle every day life |

Heath is doing what I did for years on the amateur stage ... he sneaks forward an inch here and there on every transition. You have to do it very slowy so no-one notices.
Notice how being just several inches forward on stage makes him appear so much bigger next to Victor and Dexter. In some pics he appears the same height at Toney!!!!
It's all illusion to the crowd/judges ..... and mad props to Heath for getting away with it.
Can't believe that Dex and Vic allowed themselves to get fooled with that old sneaky move! They need to pay more attention when they are in a dog-fight.

I just won $50 from lift studios!! now awaiting his transfer then i will cash out and have a good dinner!  phil looked amazing...very promising no doubt he will place top3 in olympia or arnold in a few years time |

Yes he was tiny, but Grant is pointing out that by moving forward, he no longer looks as tiny. And the angle does contribute as well, even more so when......the guy closest to the camera is a bit more forward than the others! |
