Damn Freeman has a sick waist-line I might have to eat crow if he continues to improve...The only thing I can see that he needs to improve on to compete in the top 4 at the Olympia is his overall back thickness and width...If he brings that up then he will give anyone a challenge for the top spot....

I will let him know - remember His goal was too increase the Conditioning - I will let him know that his Back needs too be Thicker too! On the other hand remember he is heavier and taller and wider than everyone - in that TOP 6 spots. So I will let him know and he takes steps to providing the most balanced body.

In that last pic you have to understand he isn't competing against guys that have huge backs like Cutler, Coleman, and Martinez...All three of those guys can own Freeman unless he brings his back up...Other than that I am very surprised in what Freeman has brought to the stage this year....

True - however Samuels will - be looked at and dugdale is a threat to ANYONE! Dexter , Victor ,Gustavo and Heath are the Competitors along with the other line up - Toney is not competing against Jay and Ronnie - right now - He is competing against these guys - Vic -'s back is = to Toney's comparisons with Victor's Quads or Waist or Calves and arms about equal with Freeman's increase on the peak ! Everyone has something on someone - however the X man is bringing some serious balance and the problem is - VIC < DEX< PHIL have not been compared to Toney - Gustavo has and Toney said he will never be Fat on stage again < referring to the Olympia > Gustavo was lucky - that is my personal opinion not Toney! Toney's size is deceiving - ask Gunter - he made Gunter look more like a regular bodybuilder than the Gentle giant as we know him . This could happen again at the A! After Australia - XMan plans on reconstruction of what he calls " The Olympia Parts" - 5 months of shrinking his waist and increasing his Detail and thickness - However right now he is not overlooking anything and is interested in stepping on stage with all things in place. The respect he has for the Arnold and the O is amazing. The fact he is being compared is a thrill and he wanted to let the fans know he is competing so they can see him at small shows and big shows. Nice to speak to someone with intelligence .... You AND LIFT must actually go to the shows ! T R U E S T O R Y

Come on now J - you know I go to the shows. I like Toney - he's a nice dude, but Heath will prevail over him and the others. Go to the prejudging my friend and you will see why Heath is more then hype.

I was giving you a compliment- I will be at prejudging - probably back stage - Now Heath is going too Prevail - ? WOW yesterday he was going to beat Dexter now he is going to prevail over both Toney and Victor - listen not to be funny - Silvio and Dugdale and Markus Ruhl , Gustavo Badell and Branch warren are some other people he HAS NOT FACED. Please please do not put more on the kid then he can handle. He is undefeated and has never looked at the back of anyone's head before - what happens if he is called out in the second round - will his confidence dewindle ? Will he be nervous ? Come on - Each athlete is faced with this - 2 shows does not make you a HERO. Dexter , Toney, Gustavo , Vic and Warren have all lost before and know how too battle .... However they lost to the likes of Flex Wheelers , Jay Cutlers, Ronnie Colemans , Chris Cormiers - They are ALL WAITING FOR THE ROOKIE! Toney is 3 and 0 for his last 3 regular shows and they are still challenging him even when he makes the improvement and his competition was harder than Phils. Dexter Jackson is 2-0 in the ASC and 4th in the world - Victor is number 3 . With the competition Phil has competed against I would put him in the top 12 only because he has not faced TOP TEN bodybuilder before . < Some of those people have been sat down by Toney - that is why he is 7 - you know me I think 6th > Leapfrog was a video game this is bodybuilding - Phill has work too do - There needs to be a little bit more respect to the Athletes that are competing - Not saying he can not beat anyone or is not good - just ease up ! It would of been better if the XMAN and Him were already battling in the 2 earlier shows - Silvo was playing the role of dexter - hahahah it would of been fun but we have too wait ! Good luck too him! I will save you a seat my friend ....

One thing about freeman I like is that he is cool! At the Iron Man expo he was so tight I didnt even recognize him at his booth. Me and my boys were starring trying to see if it was him, he looked at us and nodded his head. That was funny. Im rooting for Freeman at the Arnold.

with all the phil heath hype...i wonder how anyone in their right mind could believe that Phil heath could ever match anything close to this from the back...if Toney comes in ripped to shreds and does Phil and they don't have a call out between the two and Phil some how beats Toney...Then its safe to say that the arnold is rigged... In 5 years from now phil won't be able to touch Toney from the back no way Phil heath looked smaller then Daraam at the two shows he won...and Daraam is tiny by some standards...

My talking about Heath is no disrespect to the others, if they take it as that then they need to be a little more secure with themselves. I like Toney, he's a good guy. I get along with most of the bodybuilders. I talked with Dex at USAs and is a cool guy. Will Heath beat Freeman? In my opinion, yes. The only man standing in front of Phil for that Arnold title is Victor and that's if Vic nails his conditioning, which has been sparadic. If you think Phil will be called out in anything but the first round you're smoking something. Heath has heard it all before - before Jr. Nationals, USAs and his first two pro shows. He's constantly had nay sayers. You've obviously never seen him compete on stage as if you have, you know he is like a cartoon that gets bigger as he poses and no picture shows what he displays on stage. BTW - stop by the METRX booth and pick up your copy of his new DVD debuting at the Arnold this weekend.

This is my entire point. The JR.USA & USA and Colorado and NY PRO is NOT THE ARNOLD. The competition is different. WAY DIFFERENT.

Jay Cutler told me to my face that Phil Heath will be top 5 at the Olympia. Jeramy Freeman (who goes to all the shows) told me that Heath will crush everyone at the ASC.

I really hate to beat a dead horse, but Heath is in his 20's and Freeman is in his 40's; logic can tell us all that Freeman doesn't have the same capable longevity in pro bodybuilding as Heath...Come on now, 5 years from now Heath could turn into a monster and get his conditioning to near perfect.....

Toney is a champ and deserves the respect he is getting. He is a contender at the ASC and it will be interesting to see all the guys in the mix. Lots of talk and "in the best condition ever" by many camps, we'll see who shows up on Saturday, the only day that matters.

Heath ain't no joke!!! The man gets that 90's conditioning and dry. And if Heath is bigger and conditioned, he is going to be hard to beat

all im saying is that like Flex and Priest...Heath will always have a narrow look...And Olympia's have always been won from the back...Their is no doubt he is going to be great...but like flex and Kevin i believe he will fall short...esp. if victor is in this game for some time...Victor blows all the lighter guys(and almost everyone on stage) away when he turns around...Its basically game over for those guys...
