I just wanted to let everyone know that The 2007 NPC Emerald Cup Fitness & Figure Championships are April 19th and the Bodybuilding Championships are April 20th.  It is our 25th year of promoting the show and we have a lot of fun things planned and a few surprises!  For complete details and updates visit our site at www.craigproductions.com

I am looking for someone who is inspirational!!!!  I always keep up on the latest diet and training......but..I am new to keeping up with forum  pages..please help a 48 year old bodybuilder/promoter keep up with you young things!!  I am looking for someone who can inspire someone else...yes whether old or young............let me know..........talk to you later...........

The Emerald Cup is April 20 & 21st.  Friday - Figure/Fitness  Saturday - Bodybuilding.
It's a great show, if you haven't been to it, you should.
