I'm getting horrible painful cramps in my abs when doing leg extentions. It first happened while I was on clen, so I figured that was the cause. I haven't done any clen in about 6 months,so I know it isn't that. I also thought I might be dehydrated, so I have been drinking 4-6 16oz glasses of water before training and that hasn't made a difference. I have also tried increasing potasium and that didn't work either.
The cramps last a least 5 minutes and are excruciating. They happen whenever I train hard, with light or heavy weight. Anyone know anything about this?
