Enjoyed the video, saw a few of my all time favorites...Those ladies looked awesome...It's much harder for the women to be ready to step on stage. Besides all the hardcore training, dieting, conditioning, we also have to do all the things that make us "more feminine" like the make-up, jewelry, nails done, hair, fancy suits...I love getting on all my bling and bustin' out poses to make the crowd go wild...it's addictive
