That guy at the lowest could be 5%. Highly doubtful in that pic he is lower than that. Olympic gymnasts during the Olympics and major comps might get to 3% but not all year long. These guys throw up and are on the edge of being anorexic in some cases. They eat a ton of carbs. A gymnast training is unreal and blows any BB's out of the water. They have to be as strong as possible for their bodyweight. And please Apenis DO NOT compare yourself to this guy. He has visible muscle, you don't. Your muscles have no shape or size. Anyone including my fat ass if they were as skinny as you and never lifted a weight you will still see the muscles we are born with. You want to impress someone. Eat the way you say you eat (2600 cals a day), stay lean and gain significant muscle and strength. Right now all you are is skinny as hell. NO muscle and NO strength. Not a good mixture.
