My left bicep is slight bigger and stronger than my right bicep. It is odd because I am right handed

whenever I do straight bar curl I have to mentally ensure that my left hand is not compensating for the right one.

when I wear a short sleeve shirt the left is always tighter.
I have actually started to add a little extra weight (5-10lbs) on the right side.

No, it fcuking sucks. ::)

Johnny O Jackson did 8 or 9 reps with it, but take no notice. It's still fcuking sucks.

All jokes aside... Hedge, a natural Bodybuilder, who does this sport merily to get stronger and better looking, not test only protein and food... do you still think 300+ is bad?

do u guys consider a 315 barbell incline bench for 10 to 14 reps good

well i usually incline 495 for reps so i consider it weak ::)

My arms and shoulders overpower my chest. Whatever I do, it just doesn't seem to respond too well. My neck is skinny as hell, too.

if you honestly can do it it's VERY good, that would easily put you in the 98th percentile of lifters.

why not try pre-exhausting the chest first on chest day? also do more fly movements

i think Hedge is talking about his segment on BFTO 05, him and Branch Warren train chest and Jonnie get about 9 or 10 non lockout reps on his own and a few with a heavy spot, i think he could probably do more offseason but he's admitted that pressing isn't a strong point for him.

I actually started a new training routine that hits the chest hard. I'm still sore. :)

It's doing a sort of giant set, incorporating decline, flatbench, and incline in the same set with dumbells and an adjustable bench.

Thanks though.

thanks for the info squad, i wasnt aware of that. i figured he was strong all around. especially since he also powerlifts. would u say the majority of pros can rep 315 on the incline.

315 lbs is good, but nothing great, for a natural sub-220 lbs lifter IMO.

Is it very visible?

Yep. Starting this week I'm going to work out my calves once every 3 days instead of once a week. Every other workout will be just my right calf.

I've never benched more than 250 but I've only been lifting for maybe 2.5-3 yrs.

I've avoided squatting too much for fear of developing a huge waist and ass.

I'm still at 12-14% bf and have yet to really care.

I love dannon yogurt.

same here, 230 max  3 years lifting, and I have been with 230 for the past 6 month... took me 1 year to get to 230 and I cannot get over it.
It's seriously funny, I can slip on an extra 2.5 and it will make a difference lol.

hahahaha never benched over 230.... you sound like a monster ::)

Dude, I'am a monster, but being over 6/3 and having extremely long arms and weak tendons means alot, hernia surgery, broken wrists ect, I think I'm doing pretty good.  I make up for it by repping out with lighter weights.  Piss me off enough and get that adreniline going, I'm sure I would slam you. (not meant to be a challenge or threat.)

How do I know? I was handcuffed by LAPD, and broke out of the cuffs (the their amazement).  Hence, had to do time for escape.
