Clinton and Bush I fired EVERY fed judge upon entry.

This is different because it was done in the MIDDLE of the term, selectively based upon whether or not they would comply with requests to investigate dems, etc.  Many cases would have been disrupted.

PLUS - the issue here is that the White House LIED TO US ABOUT MYERS being the one behind it.  IT WAS ROVE.

Now, BB, let's get it straight.  You said if a person lies to congress he should be fired - what if that person lied to AMERICA?

For political reasons and to prevent prosecutions of republicans?  That happens all the time? He said he wasn't involved, that it was his second that handled the firings.  Pretty much painted himself as out of the loop, then e-mails surfaced showing that's not true... That's a lie to congress.

They're always fired for political reasons.  In fact, that's usually the only reason they're fired. 

No they shouldn't be fired to prevent legitimate prosecutions of criminal activity.
