thats what i always mean when i say TIMING OF INJECTION IS WHAT YOU NEED TO CONCENTRATE ON ,,,rest is in the mirror

thats not fat ,,thats actualy arm in condition ....not 6-7% but the arm has solid muscle and the fella is thick muscular and can easily be in the 6% if wanted,,many just dont like to walk around 6-7% ,,but the muscle is there..arm is solid big

I guess its all personal opinion,i like big beefy arms ahanging off my shoulders,ive been doen to 230 and my arms were 19-20" and much more cut but i did not like it.So in my personal opinion i like my bigger beefier arms better,thats all.i realize to most people they would prefer 19" cut but not me.

so a fella ripped lean 195-200 lb will be shredded at 185-190 as in stage ready,,
