Any cheese burger and any steak. It is the same thing. Both are meat, dairy, lettuce, and potato. WHY CANT YOU PEOPLE SEE ITS THE SAME THING!!!
Okay dude, I'm back, dinner and an Angels pre-season game with my family takes priority over owning you for the time being, but now that I'm back..................
Ok dude, I'll take the steak and mashed potatos (this is whats key to your question). See junour, this is what you miss and obviously don't get (and most people on here who claim to be Dr's and have degrees in nutrition) during this entire debate, but I'll start with this first. What you don't seem to understand is that in most fast foods, there are fillers, artificial coloring, preservatives and pestisides that go into the processing of these foods, during the processing of these foods they lose alot of the nutriants that serve to help keeps us functioning on a healthy basis, that being said, it's hard for the body to absorb these nutriants and, in the long run, if continued, could and would cause a person to become malnutritioned, in other words, if your body can't absorb it, it's almost useless.
Now about the steak and mashed potatos, even though I realize that there are hormones that go into most cattle, I am smart enough to realize that most of the nutriants will not be lost with the execption of cooking methods, the mashed potatos are another thing, most are made with real potatos, homemade mashed potatos are generally made with milk or cream and butter, most of the milk or cream and butter are made with some preservatives, french frys for example, are made with oils that are high in trans fats and to top it off, are salted. I can literally go on and on about this, but you and 'Adonis' need to understand one thing, IT'S NOT ALL ABOUT CALORIES!
