He didn’t over diet …If the show was couple of week later he would have come in even better. The main issue was that we started with hi bf% … which we will not repeat … and we loaded a bit late to play it safe … if we could have gotten 3-4 more extra meals in by prejudging we would have achieved a better condition … so next time we will load a bit earlier.

Don’t compare the pix taken in the kitchen with the one on stage. They are from different angle, lighting and distance … so they are not comparable

He looked pretty good on stage … but if we had more time to prep with less body fat and more carb loading we could have definitely done better … but this was the first time we worked together and guess what … the next time we are going to deploy all the shit that I just talked about plus a new approach to the diet plan … so c u in Canada

He looks good, but he looks like a NPC competitor. I 'm just used to the old standard of the early to mid 90's. Nowadays, Vic and the current physique standards are deplorable.
At least Wong Hong doesn't have a gut...yet. And what is with the high lats thing? A lot of competitors today have high lats, whereas before they didn't. Is it because of the training, or lack there of? He reminds me of when Haidar first come on the scene.

i think he has promising future,,and i dont say it about every smaller competitor,,he is dim taken to the next level

and he does look professional,,this is no amatuer anything,,complete and polished to the t,,with phenominal physiqe

After not competing for 3 years, the rebound effect i am experiencing now is unbelievable. Ali is learning more about my body after the AU pro show and i am going to go all out in the next few years to see how far i can go in this lovely sport. God willing, I wil achieve my goals
