gf?  try wife.

sally used the ol roid rage excuse in court + mcneil might not have pissed her off by his infedelity if his dick wasn't so hard from all gear.

so maybe roids did contribute ;D

Here is something cryptic for you: the only pro bodybuilder over 50 who competed in the Mr. Olympia since the advent of the chemical era who is still alive today is Lou Ferrigno.  :-\

Not quite.   Ferrigno’s last Olympia was in 1993.  Using that year as a cutoff, we have:

Ron Love                     (55)
Samir Bannout              (51)
Vince Taylor                  (50)

If we push that back to 1990, we can add

Francis Benfatto   (50 in June)
Robby Robinson   (60)
Albert Beckles       (68)
Mike Christian       (51)

Most of the other O. competitors from 1990 forward, dead or alive, were born after 1957.

Roids weren't allowed to be brought up, by the judge

You are right about Ron and Samir and I actually totally forgot about Samir.  I wasn't sure whether or not to include Ron since the majority of his career was before Dorian's reign - same goes for Samir.  But to be fair, they should be included in that list.

I think around 1993 is a good time to call it "the chemical era".  1991-1994, somewhere in there, is when bodybuilding changed.  We will know at any time starting about now and over the next 10 years, what the result is of all the drug use of that era of bodybuilding.

oh, they were 'brought up' alright, but it wasn't permitted in evidence. ;)

the defence gave it a shot (pardon the pun), but the judge shot it down at voire dire.

for a decade we've heard "you're about to see a slew of guys keeling over thanks to the latest drug craze" but it never really happens.

We're going to have ten years of retired pros with hige heads, hands, and elbows.

Other than that, modern medicine is a wonderful thing and most guys will stick around into theirs 60s with ease.

I don't remember hearing "you're about to see." I do recall "a slew of guys keeling over," though.
