I am 31 years old and the lab result says that my serum testosterone level is 474ng/dl... is it really low for my age? It used to be above 800ng/dl about two years ago.... I am really shocked to see how it got low in only two years
300-800ng/dl is the normal range.
At 31, your in a good range.....leave well enough alone at this point.
As you age, and your Test levels approach 300, you might want to consider the application of Andro-Gel. This would put you back to your physiological norm.
This would be my recommendation unless your looking for Supra- physiological levels of Test in your system.
