Do certain roids make your skin more elastic?
I've heard HGH does this but i don't know about roids.

I ask this because some bb'ers get very fat in the off season or stop bb and become fat and when they make a comeback they don't have any problems with loose skin.

they are not getting to where they are 100 lbs overweight and they are not dropping the weight very quickly

it is normal to put on some fat during bulking phase, but then during cutting phase it is done so weight loss is gradual
it is huge gains/losses very quickly that leave the skin saggy, also it's something that's heriditary and age is a factor
