whats the problem with wearing a weight belt around? i didnt know you have to be mascular or in the gym to wear one...oh is it the law in your state?  ::)

on the subject of belts... i saw a guy in my gym that scribbled big black phrase on the back "NO PAID NO GAIN".... he was big but gramatically challenged...
