They're all interesting just seeing the top guys but in terms of intensity and inspiring training, some of those recent vids lacked that extra gear when it came to intensity IMO. Maybe because they were already at the top and coasting, didn't train as hard as they used to. At least i'd like to believe that; I was expecting more.
Coleman-awesome weights but the intensity could've been higher, especially since he knew this was being captured for posterity. He probably could've used someone pushing him more; that would help almost anyone.
Yates - solid intensity but in the context of supposed HIT training with minimal sets, he still left something in the gas tank, didn't push the envelope. The shouting struck me as faux energy.
This is more inspriing to me, but of course with the older stuff there are hardly any videos. Some of Haney's vids are good, and Strydom's.
