i have some body parts i need to bring them up plus i need to come with undefeated condition with out dropping my muscles, i need to know how to deal with my long flights and how to be AT MY 100% shape AT the SHOW day

i know lots of PROs who been looking Great 1 week befor the show and u can tell that for sure top 3 then on the show day they place out of top 5

for what i am seeking Milos is the MAN....

look at the photos and u will know what i NEED to work on $:-\$

That guy in the middle owns both priest and Sami. Incredible what being tall can do.

wrong, he owns Sami not Lee and that's obvious from looking at that pic, look how thick Lee is.

Correct.Lee is thick as hell.
I think one defect of sammy is his bone structure which is narrow.

yeah, the only thing i see is that his back is very narrow , it has great detail and decent thickness it just doesn't spread out enough, i think Frey is kind of overrated, looks kind of lanky up there, great physique though.

honestly sami has one of the best physiques out there period....i would like to see standing on an ifbb stage next to other pros.
