NEED SOME HELP-ASAP!!!!

I need somebody to size down all the recent billygunz pictures. The ones where he is wearing the shirt with derek and then the one where they are in the theater. I cant load them on any other websites for some reason always says image is too large. People are not beliveing me about the new shirts :'(

OK I want to do it without having to purchase any software. somebody help!!!! nobody is buying that billy has his own shirts made and everytime I try to load a picture on the forums it says exceeds file limit :'(
I know how to post pics but not size them down I never claimed to be any computer wizard or even have the computer skills of a 7th grader ;D

easy way...

open them in paint, click "image" up top.....click "stretch/ skew", then type 50% 50%, save as jpeg....post
