I guess in arvilla's case it's genetic.. coupled with bad genetics and an overdose of fast food type genetics.
If you knew how to evaluate bodybuilding structure/genetics you would see that my structure is not so bad
(wide clavicles or shoulders,full round delts, good abs,arms etc,legs however are long limbed hard to fill out)
your (alex) bodybuilding structure/genetics are far worse (extremely narrow clavicles or shoulders)
no delt roundness or fullness,crap arms, wide waist,and your hairier than a saquatch
no thickness or width to the body
you really should just shut up and train (altho the narrow shoulders you cannot do anything about)
