10 questions to ask before joining a gym.

2.   Does the gym offer a trial membership?
3.   Are staff members degreed or certified?

Okay now let me answer based on how my gym is handled...

 1) Nope! Just $200 bones...up front. Then I'll give you a KEY.
 2) Nope. You can come in with a member but only a handful of times...then it's get your own membership.
 3) There ARE no 'staff members'.
 4) Yep. This One Time...at Band Camp a guy let a 100lb dumbbell slip out of hishands while doing 'dumbbell pullovers'...right over his grills. It was classic!

 5) Ancient.
 6) 24/7/365
 7) There are no other services. There isn't even a water fountian.
  No class...just like half the members.
 9) No snot nosed stinky kids allowed.
 10) Hell muthafkn naaawww...

2. Dumbells go up to at least 130
3. Grunting allowed and encouraged
4. Wave 'initiation fee'
5. No gays allowed
6. All mexicans must make sure to keep facility clean
7. Section for fat people is in dark and secluded area of gym that is down the street
8. One sided mirror for men's locker room to view women's locker room while women thing they are looking in a mirror.
9. Basketball Courts
10. Trainers have to have 10% bf or less
