Ha ha, for cryin' out loud blanco it's a woman you're talking about. Don't need to give all you have to punch medford, just do as much as needed to immobilize her.

I slapped a dude once with an open hand, just hard enough to scare him, I thought. Stil he had a black eye. So you need to be careful when it gets a bit rough. Life is to precious to spend behind bars IMO.

Medford has her goals in life. That's something personal. If she wants to take boxing classes, good luck to her.

If you're training in martial arts and you have never been hit, by accident or "light touch" (yeah, right) then you have no business thinking you can take care of yourself in the real world...one thing we do is kontickiti, which is arm rubbing and pounding. That way, your block itself does damage when you use it.

I'm dying right now. I decided to strip off some weight. Gotta go do a second workout/cardio only, and just finished up my meals of egg whites and an apple...plus some protein stuff choked down with apple juice.
