That's horrible for even a natural with only 6 weeks of training.
He's fat, can't pose-stumbling all over and no need to breathe like that unless you're out of shape, no legs or calves, his cuts for the % of bodyfat he still has is absolutely non-existent.

I wouldn't blame billy to be honest. I imagine the problem lies with how he is training. He probably isn't going heavy enough. Apparently it is not diet because he seems to have that down. As for his posing he probably doesn't practice it enough.

He probably "just lifts the weight from point A to point B" and doesn't have any tension on the muscle doing the work at all.
No matter what it is/could be, he needs a lot more maturity in every aspect before "the gunn show" occurs.

Honestly? I don't think they know how to train without the gear they're on.
I think that's the main problem with BBers today, that they go to a gym for 6 months, think they know all about training, and hop on the sauce and want to win it all. It shows in their physique.
Palumbo and the others training Billy have been able to get by on their genetics, sauce and a decent response to their training style. Billy, just needs to woodshed for a few years.
