I was going to go with South Park, The Movie.  If not the most frequent swearing, certainly the most creative: donkey-raping s**teater, s**t-faced c**kmaster, etc.

Glenn Gary, Glenn Ross.................one of the best casts ever with Jack Lemmon, Al Pacino, Kevin Spacey, Alex Baldwin, Alan Arkin, Ed Harris and Jonathan Price. Everyone says F@#K in the movie!
