I doubt she get this one (his name is Dethlefs schremp).  I usually don't allow her to watch sports.  Just change the channel so I can see whats on  ;D.- (thats for that crying like a girl comment, loser).

ohh...haHAAA!!! ;D your right I didnt get it....

My workout sucked tonite. Couldnt get my head into it. felt like I was gonna have a heart attack with 225...didnt get much better on the way up either. My ass is still sore from deadlifting on Monday, doesnt help. :( ONE of those days, I guess. Now I know how you feel..!!!! ;D

Its on SF! when will you be here?

You're very short and have a stocky build. You should consider benchpressing and powerlifting.

If you ever could get close to a 225 lbs benchpress raw, depending on your weight, I'm sure you would do very well with a benchpress shirt.
