I'm pretty sure that most of the social retards that post on this site never even got close to a celebrity so I'm going to assume they are tiny and only look big cause they are alone.

these celebs are getting buff for a role or two, once it's done, most of them have no desire to lift or at the least maitain whatever they got. any joe blow with cash in hollywood will get decent gain from a workout. to say the least, I'm not that impress with most celebs physique. Pro BB is enough for me

not true.

i've seen footage of the guys before the editor got to 'em. the physiques are legit. of course, the added shadows ad a bit of contrast and definition, but the six packs, chest and arms were there.

I know it looks real, but Gerard Butler said himself that he wore a prosthetic chest piece in many of the scenes of the movie. The scenes where he was getting it on with his wife and the scenes when he's not in battle are mostly him, but he said that many of the fighting scenes were makeup. They did a great job making it look real...I think the abs are real, he didnt say. The interview was on Leno the week the movie came out.

Do you have a link somewhere? From what I've read, Butler trained very hard for the role.

The Rock is natural! He experimented with some orals in college but never got anything out of it so he threw them away.

He is half samoan and half black. In highschool at 16-17 years old he was pressing 365-400 pound bench presses!!
