Well Adam (Adonis, Heckler etc etc etc etc how many names you have anyway?) If you havent noticed almost all of my trainees have sick back width development, so I can keep doing my way and get this width (pic 1) or I can take your advice and get your width (pic 2).....I think I'll stick with my way
I guess you can explain to everyone how a hanging rack chin, using a decline bench and plate makes any bit of a difference as compared to a simple weighted chin....lol
Or next you're going to tell me that they use a wider grip than all other trainees, so their lats grow wider
It doesn't make a bit of difference Dante, you KNOW that. Lat insertion and genetics will determine the shape and size of someones back development. If you take your trainee you posted there and have him do your "rack chins" and I have him do simple regular chins, his development would be EXACTLY the same.
Since you seem to be taking credit for this guys development, I'd say he's letting you take far to much acclaim.
I give you credit for trying to come up with some ridiculous new exercise though, that supposedly works better, to make it look like you actually did SOMETHING besides just ripoff Mentzer and Parrillo.
It's not that you give out bad advice, it's the fact that you just repackage what was around 20 and 30 years ago, call it your own and charge 1k for it.
You really should be thanking Mentzer and Parrillo with every person that you help and should have the character to do it for free.I mean, you can still give out the super high protein diets you recommend and make money off of these people that way, you DO have part ownership in a protein distribution company.
If you didn't ripoff those two pioneers in bodybuilding, I'd let you slide on recommending 500g of protein, when 150-200 would do and the fact you sell it to them might be considered a conflict of interest.
Of course, without your pioneering wisdom, we wouldn't know that we should rinse the fat off of our ground beef, drink olive oil, never combine fats and carbs, burn fat with morning cardio and have a carb cutoff, so those carbs don't turn to fat when we sleep
You would've been a god in the middle ages, an alchemist for the history books !!
