Then why was it changed?

'Sarcasm' brutalized many an ego on GetBig.

My best guess is that Mindspin feels recent events have marginalized SF to the point where returning his former nick would be harmless.

it was changed because someone was obsessed? i'm not sure how that detracts from my original point. the most hilarious part was SF flipping the hell out on the questions/complaints board when it happened, then playing damage control here and claiming he did it on purpose.

dude i don't even care what that whole situation was about any more. the point was that sarcasm cared SO much about his name that he started crying all over the questions/comments board about not being able to log in with it the next friggin' day. if this name suddenly got locked out, i'd be annoyed at the very best. a few days later i'd be back with my new moniker and it wouldn't bother me in the slightest.

MS did that for one reason: to piss sarcasm off royally and he accomplished it. although it's worth pointing out that if you add up sarcasm's posts and The Squadfather's, you have over 20,000 which would put him in 1st place by over 3,000 posts. and even that doesn't count however many thousands got put down here in the V. the guy has maintained 42 posts a day for about a year and a half, which is just mindblowing. just on here.

Ron should give back the name to him. There are a lot of trollers that thought that sarcasm was gone so they stopped coming to this board. Its a shame, I think viewership dropped off by 30 percent after that happened.
