i eat about 2 whole eggs a month,which is very good for me since i am deathly allergic to them and have to take around 8 benadryl before i eat them.with a epy pin on standby.

6 a day 0ff season and 12 a day when dieting. I have Omega - 3 eggs, from chickens fed on flax seeds so the fats have a high percentage of Omega 3s in them.
