Clinton helped the US economy recover greatly. Clinton did work with the repubs in a way we don't see today. Clinton did keep us out of quagmire wars overseas. IMO Clinton saw the solution to future US energy woes to be fixing the system here so we can export superior products and services. The Bush solution has been to invade nations with resources we need and take them.
