As in glycerol???

I used it a few years back, it was a 8oz bottle or so you were supposed to mix with water to dilute it during training. The supplement store I worked for couldn't sell it because it tasted so horrible, and I only used it a handful of times. Didn't notice any kind of effect from it. There is an ABB drink that has around 10grms of glycerol as part of a pre-post workout protein drink, and it seems to give pretty decent pumps whenever I've tried it.

look up clairtose, cant remember the companies name but they also sell a product with 8 glyconutrients.

its all about waximaize now guys.... Stuff is worth every penny. much heavier carbohydrate so it stays complex the whole way down the gut, pulling water and whatever else with it.

Waximaze cmon now mr. aceto its all about

50 grams vitargo
2tsp applesauce
2tsp gatorade
30 bcaas
3-5 grams glutamine
3-5 grams creatine

Now thats special a lot of sugar but its special
