Thanks Issac, but in all modesty, I can understand why others in GET BIG land might prefer an interview with a real "name" in the sport or pro. I am just Joe Blow after all.  But, you are right about one thing, me, talking about some dribble on my diet and training or has the most mass in the pros blah , blah ad nasuem, ho hum, WOULD be a major bore.
Beth and I are looking fwd to seeing you at the Colorado pro and we will treat you to lunch "Shawn Ray" style where you pick up the tab for the 3 of us, since it is his show hehehe (sorry Shawn, but I heard you were frugal

240 you sound like Al Bundy and his " No Maam " club LOL. I think the only real fan I have is on my ceiling hehehe. As for the buffets , just roll me the gen zso chicken and fried rice. 
The pic is on top of a small Mt about 10 min from my house in NW Georgia, the dog is one of my 2 female shelties named Ginger. I hike up and on the trails for cardio in decent weather with the doggys.

I'm glad he at least makes an attempt to do the job of asking questions, doing the filming, and getting the clips posted to Myspace, but Lift is one of the worst interviewers in the world.  Good photographer, horrible video interviewer. 

I think you'd be much more entertaining, Howie.
