it was in jest. obvious to anyone without anal retention.

i am aware of the coe interview and what he said.

In that case, make it clear it was in jest dummy, how would anyone know except you. Epic lack of self-awareness.

very cool shot.

note that the forearms are in proportion to the upper arms aswell.

now you definitely don't see that usually in this wonderful 'synthol' era (tongue firmly in cheek). :(

16 in forearms maybe?

they're some very massive forearms in anyone's language. i'd say closer to 15" in that condition.

not that i'm an expert or anything. i just remember a while back arthur jones was taping bbers forearms and the most massive measurement he took was slightly over 15" on casey viator.

casey's forearms at this time were monsterishly huge and proportionately very massive so i reckon that if sergio's were bigger than casey's it wouldn't be by much.

these are cold measurements in fairly cut condition btw.

Remarkable similarities between the two re: muscle shape, even down to the great forearms.

i think sergio's bis and tris insert further down the limbs but the forearms are very similar in attachments. frank has more peak, but sergio was never known for that.

this is where the rest of the physical proportions create the illusion of more muscular size. although arm againt arm by itself, frank probably has larger bis (from those pics anyway) when you take in the overall impression of sergio's taper, head and joint size his arms look bigger than frank's.

has there ever been a bodybuilder with the overall combination of size and shape that sergio had?

Dillet had similar size and shape to Sergio.

McGrath is incredibly similar; no one said exactly, they're different people.

true, dillet had freakish size and shape at times but imo the new drugs of the 90's onwards denigrated the aesthetic and dillet's upperbody just didn't flow like sergio's. i know this is a contentious issue with you, but i can't get past dillet's back. when the man turned around all i saw were gigantic synthol heavy rear delts and everything else crammed in together. it almost seems like he was missing certain muscles, they're so dominated by the delts.
