7ft tall and 330 pounds ripped

Just figured if you guys don’t know who Mark “Conan” Stevens is you will soon.

The guy is a 7ft tall bodybuilder who lives in Thailand (no not what you’re thinking, its really for the action films filmed there) and weighs  330 pounds, ripped.

He was massive in 2000, but got nerve damage in one of his right arm and was forced to take a 6 year layoff from traing, shrinking down to 270 pounds (not as thick at 7ft), but a year and a half ago he got the all clear to train again, and is back at well over 300 pounds, and is very lean. Impressive physique for a 7ft dude who has only been training again for 18 months.

Obviously he is not going to be thick as an IFBB Pro, being 7ft, and I am not claiming that he has a better physique than any Pro or comparing him to them, but he does have a better build than just about any one in Hollywood as of late, and at 7ft tall I think we will be seeing him more often.

I always wondered what Shaq would look "on" and dieted down.

not saying that is he bodybuilding material but just thought that it would be interesting

he looks a lil sauced up with the viens all popped out like that. damn i must be the only tall natural with a good face drug free except for weed, all these guys take the easy route

While I doubt you're that tall, Ralf is measured diff. everywhere. IMDB has him at 6'6", and at the World Championships I believe he was listed as 6'6" and at the Mr. O he was listed by Flex mag as 6'8". No idea which is right. I guess 6'6" is what I should go with.
