In his day, he had a great physique, and could always change it (huge in 97, and streamlined in '02 I think it was, compared to his debut in the 93 O where he was big and huge but still had a bit more of a aesthetic physique as compared to his 97 look).

i think it could be possible since he is strong in almost every movement, being press movements his strength...and he seems sincere since he says his legs are NOT what they used to be because he cant squat anymore (its not that he dont want to)

nope.  it was 7-9 plates which he did pretty easily

the only bodypart he didnt train that hard was quads.

(and triceps, but he doesnt need too).
