Lionel Brown is 239 pounds and ready to rock the New York Pro. He is fresh from the Nationals, coming into this show, and ready to do some damage.  Started his diet out 11 weeks ago, and trying to get his mind from the amatuers into the pro mentality.  Now that you are a professional, everything is business, and everybody is shape. Not too many pros don't come out of shape to this show.


Lionel does have the physique to be in the top five but it will be interesting to see where he places on his rookie show. Good luck...

I can't wait to see him next to the other pros

clearly, he is big but not exeptionnally big.  he need to be as lean as he was at the USA to maybe end up in 6 to 8 place

I think he is better than Desmond

Lionel is my friend and we are with the same company!!! so i am wishing him all the best!!! How did me retiring come into this thread??? and if i should than tell me why?? Or better still, what is your competitive, judging or training background to say this anyway??? Im sure Lionel will tell you to pull your head in for this comment!!! Always an expert opinion from guys who are just so full of BS and think they know a good physique from a bad one!!! Reveal your name and how many shows you have competed in since you always have a expert opinion!!!!
