lookin twice as big as victor did a week ago... dennis is a week out, vic is 15 weeks out... vic was wearing a tank, dennis was wearing a huge baggy black T.... and he stilll looked twice as big as Vic

haha, sorry i just train there... nobody gives these guys mind when theyre training... pros are in there weekly ... they wanna be left alone and people at bevs just wanna train... just throwin it out there

Vic doubles in size on stage, its the shape of the muscles and deep lines that take home the gold. For one of my shows there was this little middleweight that looked like Mr Rogers in his sweatshirt, so we paid him no mind........He kicked all our asses when the shirt came off........dayummmn

very very tiny bit but you are right... Still high lats It's Impossible to rearrange muscle origin's and insertions through lifting weights.. He may possibly be able to add more lower lat thickness, but Dennis will always have what you call "high lats".. |
